Brendon Wiggill is a mining entrepreneur and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience in mining, mineral processing, plant design, and geological exploration across Southern Africa. Raised on family-owned gold mines in Zimbabwe, he has successfully developed and operated gold, copper, chrome, and manganese mining projects, as well as large-scale agricultural enterprises.

Based in Zambia, Brendon combines practical operational expertise with extensive experience in mine development, mineral processing, and equipment management. He has designed, built, and commissioned multiple gold processing plants, including CIP and alluvial recovery facilities, for both his own operations and third-party mining companies.

Recognized for his hands-on leadership and innovative problem-solving approach, Brendon is committed to safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible mining practices. He continues to serve as Director of Mining Operations for several companies and provides consulting services to mining projects throughout Southern Africa.
